I’ve no problem with that, keeping them separate altogether would be ok, whether there are enough to warrant using a separate prison form a cost perspective is debatable, maybe keep them to separate areas within prisons may be a better idea, separate toilets would also work, again the practicality of so many different toilets would probably be an issue as many establishment have gents and ladies already built, so I’m not sure how easy it would be to provide extra ones. My ibeef with Clifton is more that he seems, to me at least, to have an issue with trans people in general, he doesn’t seem to want to make any allowances for them at all, he’s not made any suggestions of how to deal with the issue, rather just keeps being negative agout them.
The fundamental question is primarly what a person is. Male or female. Society bases how it functions on those definitions.
