Ozzy Man makes anything funny. That Devvo character is meant to be from Hull. The audio is taken from videos which were filmed near Pearson Park I think.

Oh, don't worry, I know about Devvo.

There was some dickhead in my school year who essentially tried to be Devvo the entire time.
