Not really. I think it's fairly obvious that the other two are behind the anti name change side of things.
Personally on this, as someone who's not actually that bothered either way about the name change I think both sides have got people that are embarrassing themselves with some of the crap they're coming out with. I'm only against the name change on the principal that it shouldn't be changed unless there's sufficient evidence of the benefits to be had, and nobody has yet given anything to show how we'll benefit, it's all "we hope", or "he know's what he's doing". If he demonstrates it then fair enough, but the only recent examples of clubs playing around with it's branding are Everton changing their crest and then the fans voting for the old one back, and Manchester United adding Football Club back on to the crest having decided their decision to remove 10 years or so ago isn't doing anything.
I think the OP goes too far in what they're saying I'd rather leave it for people to disagree with, as people on both sides of the argument have.
If I went around around deleting or closing every anti-name change thread that I felt went too far I'd just end up with people saying I was moderating to save "my" side of the argument the embarrassment, whilst letting all the more vitriolic posters on the other side weaken their side. The fact people think my moderation is the result of having a different view to the one I actually have is usually a good sign. There's been very little moderated on this subject, as was the case when Barmby was sacked, and other contentious issues. They're always incredibly loosely moderated, ironically in order to prevent bias coming into the moderation. (and it's usually best not to go poking someone with a stick when they're already annoyed, which deleting their views on the more important issues would be doing)
