Indeed - maybe the government should take the money off these people and spend it how it wants rather than let them spend it how they want
Hope all these large contributors are signing their Gift Aid forms. If not, don’t tell the Gilets Jaunes because they’ll soon work out they will be the ones contributing the marginal tax rate amount. Posturing by the French elite aside, a very sad site for Paris and France.
Responsibility! Booked a cab to take me from home to the station this afternoon. All sorted but the lass on the phone had to just chime in at the end that her taxi firm took no responsibility for missed trains. “Oh **** off” should have been my reply. Instead I just told her to make sure her man wasn’t late and we’d all be good and no recourse to legal representation would be needed.
Are you not a Haribo fan Ron?!I like to buy the mega pack and just eat the egg sweets and throw the rest away.
Contract has been put out by Haribo on you, Ron. Their No.1 'Hit Man', Thomas Gottschalk, has been despatched from Germany. However, he has a backpack-full of sweeties for the horses, dogs, and cats. Haribo and Thomas ain't all bad!
They even have their own shops - there's a massive one in Wembley. I get nauseous just walking past it!
I hope you do not hold the same views on Ritter Sport! My local Lidl ofttimes stocks 250g blocks of 'Alpenmilch' and other flavours/varieties for £1.79.
Oh joy of joys; I have just discovered a packet of 14 Nurnberger Bratwurst in a freezer section of my fridge!
Excellent chocolate, one of the best brands. Think your Lidl must be different to the ones down here; they cannot hold a candle to Aldi Süd, who swamp them overall.
Do they have Gift Aid in France? If you do Gift Aid here in the UK, you have to have paid enough income tax that year to cover what you are gifting, so it seems improbable that anyone in France with hundreds of millions in the bank to donate has paid much tax at all.
