It really is simple. If you plead guilty there is no need tor a trial to establish guilt. You can move straight on to sentencing. She plead guilty.
If you plead not guilty then there has to be a trial to establish guilt. These two arseholes plead not guilty and tried to lie their way out of it. Therefore there has to be a trial (indeed two trials) which delays things, often for a long time.
Exactly how the legal system worked under the Tories.
If Starmer is mysteriously manipulating the case in the background - he isn't - then he is to be commended. The jury couldn't reach a verdict on one of the counts. Instead of giving up on that charge the prosecution have got a retrial. They seem determined to nail these two ****heads.

Haven’t read any of the information being honest. If it’s from crazy Roger I’ll use my time more wisely if it’s legit send me a link. My general view on Blair is that it was a great time to be a public sector worker and he ran a good government. He also opened the door for a lot of bad practices and his recent world institute stuff is borne out of desperation to be relevant and stinks of ego. He also opened the door to the worst kind of migration- corporate Americans.

When you say ‘come clean’ do you mean caught out and then tried to pin the blame on other people? That sort of coming clean?
