Gladwin does look a bit lost at times but I thought he did alright yesterday and as EscapeGoat says he did have a few nice touches and if in position to do so always looking to deliver a ball into the box. He might not be anyone's first pick but let's not make him this years panto villain just yet.
I'd love him to succeed, although I would hope that the French geezer will take his place on the right.
I confess that I didn't notice any "nice touches" from Gladwin yesterday. He did manage to pass to a team mate on one or two occasions.
I just don't see anything in him at all. He looks slow of deed and thought and very cumbersome in his movement. He didn't look fit to me and failed to work back or be in the right position defensively.
I know someone who played against him in the Swindon area before he turned pro and he can't believe he became a professional footballer.
Anyway, I really hope he proves me wrong and I'll always support him when he's on the pitch.
