This better not drag out all bloody summer.. we just want it over now. It would be nice to actually look forward to the football again with new owners, players etc... just get it done already!

Happy to be wrong but its as you were. Same owners.

Same manager too. Thank god.

Based on gut feeling or fact?

I suspect the Allams will hang on but that's just a guess.
Gut feeling. I thought all the yank talk was funnelled through a willing idiot, Burnsy. I'm now seriously doubting there ever was a serious bidder.
I think its a great cash cow for them to milk. They are very good with money. Its just their PR's ****, the memberships **** and they have to drop the Hull tigers stuff. They do that and they would be great owners, imho.
You only have to look at how worried Swansea fans are with new yank owners.
The Allams could have been, still could really, brilliant owners.

Sorry if anyone else has posted this somewhere already, but I would have thought that us being 9% or so cheaper all of a sudden to a US buyer / or 9% a better offer to Ehab would have generated a bit of impetus to a deal.

Or I hope so anyway...
There is lots of uncertainty right now. That might be a bigger factor than the drop of the pound.

I think the fans were as stubborn at the start.

If we had found a "golden bridge" earlier it could have been so different.

May you live in interesting times, as the Chinese curse reputedly goes. It's funny how global politics and the potential rise of demagogues across the world can impact so directly on our enjoyment of watching 22 blokes kicking a pumped up leather bag around a field isn't it?

The Americans are definitely a serious bidder. The problem is Ehab's demands.

The US bidder is absolutely genuine, as is the Chinese one and Bruce does not want to work for Ehab. FACT.

I think we all know what the facts are, just no one has any idea what the facts may be...

Which way is it going! It's way too quiet. Still.

There must be news tomorrow... Which never comes.

I can see no reason why you have to withhold the info. Who are they how much etc? Ehab clearly does not want to sell anyway.

I doubt Brucey and ehab get on as well as Assem and Brucey but they'll make it work. Ehab knows Brucey is vital to us.

I dont understand.. If the club's up for sale and they are serious bids on the table, how can you not sell? And if you arnt going to sell, dont ****ing sell and lets move on. either way I dont get the delay.. its either happening or it isnt.
