Apparentley was at the Bolton game and a home game over the last few weeks Anyone see him or heard anything? i'll now put my tin hat on and wait for the keyboard warriors to dissect my question and turn it into something it isnt which in turn will start a thred of arguing and ****e
3rd time I've heard this now. The first was Hudders away, he was adamant Monk was going to be in charge next year.
I mentioned Monk the moment he became available. We should have sacked Bruce there and then. We should have done the same when Sherwood became available, both times. I said we should have sacked Bruce in 2012.
Him or sherwood for me, im sure both feel they have a bit to prove. It will depend what our situation is and if the powers that be have any interest
I dont think there is any debate whatsoever that Villa wouldnt be as bad as they are now if they'd kept Sherwood. Might have still gone down, but it wouldnt have been with a whimper.
So lets give the managers job to one of two people who both got sacked for not winning enough. Yeah I see the logic in that.
Almost every manager gets sacked at some point. Those two are both excellent managers though, so for us to pretend they aren't good enough for City is daft.
Sean Dyche, who was sacked by Watford after achieving nothing, with a win percentage of 34.7%, has now got Burnley promoted twice.
Exactly, win percentages in a career mean nothing. Now if you broke those down to top flight, championship, etc for a manager then they may have more meaning.
