We don't need new owners of the kind being rumoured / mentioned. Any reductions would come from the PL windfall anyway and at no real cost to the owners. Brucies transfer and playing budget would also get a boost.

It appears that the so called interested parties are far from being that. I am more than happy to see the Allams stay as owners for the foreseeable future at least. Things are ticking along very nicely these days.
i thought that too.a good piece by mr hat i also agree with you that the allams are our best option.but as long as they keep the name.mr allam could still be seen as a statesman of the city.he just needs to work with people instead of treading all over them
Spot on. Old man Allam is old school and his old school ways don't sit well for many people. My first ever boss had his attitude. My way or the highway. If you don't like something you know where the door is. Whilst I could see what AA was trying to do and his right to do it as owner of the club - he first went about it completely the wrong way and then when the PL revealed the new tv deal he should have just said I don't need to pursue the name change anymore for that reason. Aside from the name change issue I like having the Allams as owners for no other reason than that they are local people and have been good for the club. We all know that Mr Hat is a wum at the best of times though.

I'm sick of saying it but it isn't just the name change. That was the tip of the iceberg. They're devious liars. They cheat and manipulate without hesitation. They let the public know exactly what they want them to know but do a lot in secret, usually getting a lackey to do the nasty work for them. Even ignoring anything else that's gone on, how can anyone trust or take seriously the people who came up with that bloody ballot. That summed up the kind of people they are. But since they're rich they get away it. Hardly anyone questions the missing votes or the promised report from the 'external' adjudicators which never materialised. And of course the club calls itself Hull Tigers. Despite claiming to accept the FA decision we still inexplicably have a Facebook page titled Hull Tigers. That's utterly embarrassing and the damage will take years to reverse even once they eventually do go. But of course I'm just a radical militant hooligan etc etc.
Not really. You're just a bitter chairman of the Supporters Trust who doesn't seem to want to put all this stuff that seemingly bothers you in a bio on the HCST website. You post nothing but bile and vitriol about them, while thinking they should be prepared to sit down and listen to you. You also seem quite obsessed with the wealth the Allams have earned over the years, almost bitter about that too. No one else mentions it. Just you. Not sure why you think anyone would trust you, you've really not earned the right for that. The things that benefit us as fans, and those people lucky enough to live in Hull were earned by the Allams and given to the city. What have you given the city? They've moved on from the Hull Tigers thing now, no one else really cares what the Facebook page is called, aside from the usual angry protesters without a cause. We know which club it is. They're trying to sell the club, but even the fact they want to ensure a good home rather than simply a quick buck doesn't sit well with you. You need to try moving on too.
Bile and vitriol ffs. Have a look back at some of your posts aimed at Burnsy for example. For daring to have some inside information. That's vitriol and it's undeserved. Then have a look at what I've said about the Allams and try and find something unjustified. I believe that lying, cheating ****s should be called just that. Yes, even if they're 'businessmen'.
I suppose it matters whether or not you respect the opinion of those who say it is well run. I don't, do you?
