When he was at the hertswood impact centre playing in same school team as my boy he played against some very good players wether senior or not and he did the job i have no doubt he will do it he always has had confidence in himself.

Brentford have accepted a £9m bid from Bristol City for striker Andre Gray, BBC Sport understands.

The 24-year-old striker, who had been a target for Hull, is currently discussing personal terms with the Bees' Championship rivals.

Looks like we lost him to Bristol City.

 

Good. We can stop pissing around and move on to other targets. Not worth £9m.

 

We can't lose what we never had , get over it , he gone to club willing to pay waaaayy over the odds for him , he is worth £5m tops

 

In other news, Dame N'Doye is a target for Trabzonspor.

 

Those are my thoughts as well.

We can't go into September with Jelavic & Hernandez PLUS another expensive forward.

I dont think it's the fees that are putting clubs off
it's more likely their wages compared to alternative players
Did you know that somebody describes Huddlestone as "combative"?

 

Although I kind of have to agree with this it's frustrating the **** out of me, watching a rival snap up a player that will undoubtedly at least double in value over the next 12 months. I suppose Bristol City aren't in a position whereby they need to offload expensive players to bring some in so, although it's understandable, it doesn't make it any less frustrating.

I think that's right. I still can't over the fact that whatever goals he has scored recently, Gray failed to make the grade in Shrewsbury's reserves.
