well why dont we let him takes us up and then sack him
If he takes us straight back up, there's zero chance of hiim being sacked.

I know he will be the best manager weve ever had againIf he takes us straight back up, there's zero chance of hiim being sacked.
It had already started, that's maybe why he went.Agnew going in December was the start of the demise
Not sure about that. We got 16 points from the 19 games upto end-Dec, 19 points from the 19 Jan-now. Dropped points in September and November largely put us where we are now.Agnew going in December was the start of the demise
Ha ha halooks like Steve Bruce is just right for you ...
I don't get why people are slating Bruce, the players are just as guilty. You can do all the work in training but Bruce can't help strikers missing sitters. Had Hernandez yesterday and Jelavic against Leicester scored their sitters, we'd have been safe.
Then there's all the late goals we conceded, Man City, Arsenal, Stoke, Newcastle, Spurs, West Brom, Sunderland, Chelsea. That's what sent us down
He has been badly let down by some of the senior players who need to take a look at themselves (Thudd, Livermore, Davis and Macgregor I really hope your reading this
Jelly just wasnt fit enough, I dont think he is still.Chazz we never got over the ****ing halfway line against Burnley, started with Jelavic on the bench & waited for them to come onto us.
PS. Sorry about the spelling mistake but like most of the guys by 11.00pm last night had had quite a lot of beer.
But Bruce's tactics were still piss poor against Burnley.
Bruce looks ****ed, he's got to have a think if he's got the apetite and the drive for a long hard championship season.
If he stays he needs to get to Portugal and put together a squad who wants to play and progress and ship out the big time Charlie's.
Has he lost the dressing room? Can he get it back?
Tough week of choices for brucey I think
I'm not sure jelly has got long left, I think he's knees have gone. Browny was on talksport in the week and he reckons burnsy told him as muchJelly just wasnt fit enough, I dont think he is still.
Bruce was bollocking Hudd constantly and took him off in the end against Burnley.
He put his faith in the players, summat Wenger always does. Tells em he believes in them and they can do it. Hudd Davies McGregor Livermore failed him. Dawson and Davies should have been a fantastic pairing or with Chezz as a 3.
Ha ha in that sense your rightI don't think there's anything wrong with his appetite.
He looked shocking in that interview, I think there is a 50-50 chance he will go regardless but hopefully he will give a bit of notice so we can get a good replacementRidiculous? Let's take a look shall we?
The stated aim when the Allams took over and hired Steve Bruce was to get into the Premier League within three years. Remember that? As everyone knows, Bruce waved a magic wand and did it almost straight away. But here we are pretty much back where we started again at square one, only now, Bruce is looking at a host of players leaving and the rest taking a serious pay cut. Hull City is in disarray.
The task now is to build one of the three best Championship sides, which alone is a huge task to accomplish, not least given that there is just a handful of players to rebuild around. The Championship is no push-over and it is a tall order to get re-promoted in May 2016.
And even if City could win their just third ever promotion to the top English league, the task following is to convert the Championship side into a viable Premier League team - something Hull City have failed to do in their last two attempts.
Steve Bruce said he was considering withdrawing last autumn, and you have to be pretty thick-skinned not to see he is in quite a state. My guess is that Steve Bruce is burned out, and burn out can be chronic. When that happens by far the best thing to do for everyone's sake is to step aside. He's a nice enough fella, and I'm sure he'll discover there is a fine life after a career in the spotlight. Steve Bruce isn't the man to take on the huge task presumably facing Hull City.
You can't legislate for supposedly world-class players like Huddlestone giving away cheap free-kicks at the worst possible time either, not to mention the sending-offsBut that's down to the manager. If a trend is developing and nothing happens to stop it then its his fault. That's what a manager is there for. Look I'm no anti Bruce merchant, I've said all along that if we go down I want him to stay, but you can't just say we're unlucky conceding late goals. It is his job to organise the team tactically and mentally so that we don't do that.

I never described him as it either, but some think he is a world-beater who will tear the Championship a new oneNobody, and I mean nobody in the history of the world before you just said it, has described Huddlestone as world class.....
