just been reading up on Dick - His nickname is "The Little General" - so hopefully he'll take our players to task- be specific in what's required from them and not allow them to dictate 'their own terms' as seems to be said often regarding our team, he's managed some 'big named players' in the past especially so with the Dutch national team -I'm feeling a lot more positive and so now that we'll start to make some movement up the League table
Not a bad cv, loads of experience, but not in the PL!!! This is my immediate concern, he's walking into a bar-fight with no real experience of our league and no real knowledge or insights into any of our upcoming opponents. For me this is another high-risk appointment.
