I don't see a problem either way. I think as people are keen to fund one, we should press on as we are.
The lesson here is one of communication, the positive is that there are a lot of people wanting to demonstrate their support. It gives great platform to build on and sends a positive message to the team.
The last thing we need to be doing is bitching and competing amongst ourselves. We're all Hull City supporters eagre to support and the Club are very keen to help.
We just offered to help, if our help is not required, then fine.

This poll should be ignored, it's rushed and easily misinterpreted.
Why should people have to pay more and make more effort to get things running when CTWD have the infrastructure already in place and a discount on flag making?

Maybe some people just put off voting until it was clear what the CTWD assistance was? If they'd have been taking over the running completely and it was going to turn into a CTWD flag then that's totally different to using their already existing contacts and infrastructure to help us out on here.
If they already have accounts in place where people can donate then why not press ahead and use them?
Any extra cash over and above what we need could be used for more flags or something else to help improve the atmosphere at the Stadium whether its clappers, smaller flags or whatever else we can think of.

How come they can get a discount? Surely if they can get one, so can other people?
Because they're important people with connections unlike the small time peons opposing them who's inferiority complex and insecurity prevents them from being part of something big.

So if the printer is a member of CTWD and is giving a "Discount" because of CTWD then do CTWD take ownership of the flag on a de facto basis? Especially as they are putting up 25% of the cost (not including personal donations by their members).
