I think it has to stay a Steve Bruce thing for now - wasn't that the whole point?

I thought that was just one idea ?

I made my pledge to a Steve Bruce banner, that showed the fans were behind him and wished for him to remain. I'll keep that promise,no problem whatsoever, but although the goal posts haven't actually moved, they do seem to be thinking about it. So i'm putting my pledge on hold, until i know exactly what i'm donating my hard earned to. Surely we should all do the same ?

Don't be overly worried though, it's only £20.

The banner is pretty much as Maulled1904 drew so well. The debate is only on the writing to go with it. <ok>

So far we have "in Bruce we trust" or Black and Amber Army.

Not against SB been on the flag, but could the old "Hull City" train station from BP be added maybe, or just something else nostalgic so we don't forget where we have come from.

Do you mean the one below?

If so, what do others think?

Personally I don't mind, I'm just not sure where it would fit.

This ^ Just put 'KEMPTON FOREVER' on it <ok>

Maybe even something relating to Warren Joyce's great escape, but then we could end up saying that just about every city legend should be on it.

Maulled1904 who has designed this banner says he can do similar for past and present people of note.

It'd be good if we could get several banners, probably not the huge ones, but scattered around the ground like a hall of fame. It could help players to try to aspire to be among them.

See how this one goes, but the club and other supporters groups are all keen on flags, so we're pushing on an open door. The more ideas and suggestions the better. That's not just with style and content, but what to do with them during and between home games.

So you're keeping "Hull City" off it like with the club badge. HappyTiger should be approving your efforts not knocking them.

What's the name on the train plate being discussed just a few posts above?

Happy Tiger is approving of Dutch's efforts, seriously well done. This is a marvellous idea, and its entirely down to Dutch. We've had our differences but this has stacked a ****load of good karma for you from me.

ElTig, Happy Tiger was just not happy with CTWD ignoring a poll that didn't go in their favour. The views are REALLY clear, still.

Sorry if it bothers you that some people have opinions and standards you don't.

Enough of that, Dutch is to be commended for this, if only he was involved with the seat moving (sorry! <laugh> )!

As Happy as I am to take all the credit, it's not true.

Maulled1904 did the design, OLM, Obadiah, PLT and more gave a lot of advice and support, the Southern Supporters provided the account for funds to go in, the Club could not have been more supportive, I'll be relying on a few other posters yet for contacts with flag makers etc

Above all of that, and I know this sounds like an Oscar award speech, Hull City fans have done it. Hull City fans have created something to give back to the Club.

It's Hull City, fans and Club that get any praise. <ok>
