The length of time its taking to sort out the toll on the Humber Bridge. Every f**ing day we have to squeeze into 3 booths while theres a road with f** all on it. No work being done to sort it. Its f**ing disgraceful
People who spend ages at the supermarket check-out, carefully and laboriously packing everything into separate bags. And then appear to be completely amazed that they then have to pay for their shopping. And then spend frigging ages finding their cash or card to do so.
Apologies (in advance) to Charlie, but it is usually women - who have apparently packed their purses and don't seem to know where it is......
I can tell you where the purse is, its at the very bottom of the bag under all the shopping.
The entire motorway network of this country currently has 50 mph sections which go on for miles.
With Average Speed Cameras so you can't even ignore it.
And signs that say My Dad Works Here.
And they force you to drive on the hard shoulder.
And cone you off from your exit ramp.
And run a ****ing great long purple tube on top of the crash barrier, simply to annoy you.
And nobody is ever doing any ****ing work.
Nobody.
Ever.

Another one of my pet hates is to be following someone through a door - could be exiting a building, getting off a bus, whatever......

This annoys me as well Stanmeister. I throw all my shopping in whichever bag has got room in it. I never separate my items into different bags. Most women look at me at the till with open mouths and horror etched on their faces. I hate having a handbag. They annoy me. Much prefer to use me pockets. I suspect I am not the norm but the exception.
Charity bagpackers. 1) Unlike Charlie i do like to pack my bags in a logical way, cos I'm a logical sort of guy and I know where my cupboards are. You don't 12 year old brownie so back off.
2) I don't carry money anyway. You'll get nowt off me or Lizzie 2.
3) If you are not packing your bags with a bank card clamped between your teeth ready to insert into the card reader the second Kirsty finishes your scan then that stupid red flashing light on a stick should be activated.
4) I'm never shopping at Sainsbury's again until the bastards reverse their devaluation of the Nectar point.
I hate shopping me.
I put the heavy items on the belt first, then work up to crushables last. That way, the heavies go into the bottom of my bag.
But don't get me started on those self-operated checkouts. The ones that tell you "Item to be verified" and there's no assistant in sight......

Usually sung by some limp arsed hipster women, pathetically struming on an acoustic guitar, with optional harp accompaniment.

Bank cards and loyalty cards like Nectar points
When filling with fuel i like to fill to a round figure, go in, pay cash, no need to wait for change and get out. However the reality is more like this. 2 or 3 people already waiting to pay, one cashier working the till, another worker re-aranging the chocolate bars and chewing gum displays and some manager type bloke doing managing things ( nowt ). Customer one offers bank card to pay for fuel, time passes job done, now presents loyalty card, more time passes, eventually paid for fuel and collected his bonus points. Ah relief were getting nearer, but no customer one now drops on the counter a bottle of drink and a bag of crisps and after what seems like ages a different bank card. It appears that the fuel has been on the company credit card these things he wants to pay himself more time and another collecting of bonus points on his loyalty card and he has finally finished. Repeat one or two times this process and finally get to pay cash and get out.
And thats reminded me, petrol stations that are more like a supermarket don't like them either.

people that think their way of thinking is THE RIGHT WAY and everyone else is wrong, so they feel it is their right to abuse you (as if that will make you change your mind).
