Naive at 1-1 and 2-2.....more encouraging but net result the same. 2 more hamstrings as well....

Sadly you get no luck at the bottom but architects of our own downfall - missed chances and terrible defending

Thought we played well and can say we were very unlucky.

We scored four goals in a five goal thriller and we lost! A bit hard to take.

Ok lots of positives, best performance all season and with a different wind direction we would have won that comfortably. Vargas has to start next time, he is keen. I can forgive Dunne for his og as the real culprit was Traore for letting the free kick to be taken quickly. But Caulker, what was he doing. All he had to do was to swing the boot and knock it into row z. To score an og on the edge of your box is criminal.

Our free kick should have been put out the feckin ground instead of softly lobbing it towards the goal

You were true to your word Harry, well done. There was passion on both the pitch and on the sidelines. It's all I've been asking for. If we show the same attitude away from home I'm happy for Harry to lead us.

I have no issues with the own goal, it's that pathetic attempt at a free kick that irks me. Whip it in with pace ffs, worst case it goes out for a goal kick. It was criminal to let ourself get countered on for second time.

Pretty fair assessment - thought we were by Fer (geddit) the better team in the first half, but they were always going to get a foothold into the game a some point. Poor concentration led to their goal - something I teach my under 8s (!) and though their second could have been dealt with better, the third was more the result of a truly aimless free kick rather than Caulker trying to cut the ball out and inadvertently knocking it into his own net.

I though we were the better side overall, but in this division you get punished, and we got what we deserved for being sloppy and losing our focus.

We have proved that we can compete and even boss teams that are 'better' than us - now we just need to start to believe that we are capable of staying in this division. At 2-2 I said there was another goal in the game... and I though it was going to be ours.. The free kick that led to their 3rd goal was utterly pointless. Chipped in as if we were one down hoping for a miracle equaliser. Bitterly disappointed with the result but not the overall performance. Notable mentions... OBZ, Vargas, Yun and Ned (hopefully Ned's hamstring is ok) - McCarthy a decent debut (despite the scoreline)

Even after two strong smokes and a cuppa, I'm still shell shocked. It was the performance we've all been calling for, but what's a brother gotta do?

Basic errors, Henry should have taken a second yellow and fouled Sterling for 2nd goal. Fer free kick was terrible. Again no foul?!

Beat Villa though and this side has enough in it to finish above 3 of Burnley, Palace, Brom, Sunderland, Newcastle or even Leicester. The United win covers a lot of cracks. Ulloa won't keep scoring

Blackpool under Ollie experienced a good number of Premier League matches on the wrong end of 3-2 type scorelines, without the og's of course.

In a perfect world today, based on our performance and opportunities, a 3-1 final score would have been a fair result for us. However, they do say you make your own luck (or bad luck), and with those silly og's we certainly did just that. Must be so disappointing for Vargas to score those 2 goals, yet still be on the losing team - he deserved better. Can you imagine if he had collected with that other late chance to make it score a hat-trick and make it 3-2 R's.

Sickener... however I'll take a loss any day of the week playing like that. Excellent hunger & passion , putting in the tackles, chasing lost balls , quicker passing Zamora holding up the ball.....................keep this up away games also and we will be fine the rrsss are easily pleased as long as the effort in left on the pitch.............. unlucky but there you go we are QPR........................well done lads
