Feeling quite numb, but at the same time optimistic for the future. What done us really was Ned and Sandro going off injured, we lost our shape after that. Matt Phillips would have been the last player that I would have brought in, that was Harry's only mistake today.
If we play as well against Villa, we will win.

Yes indeed, with a bit more luck and without those defensive lapses.

I almost wish we were playing again sooner since we have all that momentum, instead of waiting until Mon Oct 27th - too much time for us all to dwell on things, or for Tony to put a new management structure in place?

One bright spot for me today - watching Stoke v Swansea - Shawcross finally gets called out by the ref for all that persistent grappling/shirt tugging in box, he gets yellow carded and Bony scores from the resulting penalty kick.

Just desserts for him, about time, he's been getting away with this type of behaviour for far too long - almost hope he tries it again and gets red carded for a 2nd yellow.

Commentator - "Shawcross should have no complaints - that was a rugby tackle"

The commitment we showed today on the pitch and bench probably kept Harry in his job another week. Deserves that for today, but we gotta keep doing the same, away at the likes of Man U, Leicester, and Spurs as well.

Well, just back.

I think I've got PTSD!

Not often you hear the opposing manager saying the other team deserved something from the game but I guess he can afford to be magnanimous with the 3 points in the game.

If we can reproduce that sort of form at home, we will give all the lower half teams a run for their money.

Feel like I've been punched in the stomach. A cruel end to a brilliant game. So proud of our performance today. Chin up and take positives.

Amit Bhatia ‏@Amit_Bhatia99
Bobby Z played great no doubt. But more than that I was absolutely thrilled with his leadership and character and desire and passion.

Amit Bhatia ‏@Amit_Bhatia99
Vargas, Fer, Onouha, Charlie, Isla, Caluker, Dunne, Henry, Sandro, Yun, Traore, all played with guts and heart. And that's heartening to see

My little man can't understand what happened today. And I'm not doing a great job at explaining it! Any suggestions welcome.. #beingaqprfan

Here's a great reply to Amit's latest tweet:

Lost for words. Football can be a cruel, cruel game at times. On the positive, that was a performance @QPRFC can be proud of #QPRvLIV

Joseph Barton ‏@Joey7Barton
Deserved at least a point if not 3. Effort from all was great. Got work to do on training ground but lots of positives from the performance.

Joseph Barton ‏@Joey7Barton
We have just got to stick together and show the kind of guts, skill and determination we showed today. No blame culture. It helps nobody.

Joseph Barton ‏@Joey7Barton
You win together and you lose together. Pick ourselves up and get ready for another war against Villa A week Monday. #QPR

Vargas was the big plus today, just watch both of his goals, speed of thought and anticipation was top-class, he must start from now on...

It very unfair you got nothing out of the game, you were clearly the better team. More luck next time.

What a game! Behind the goal in the school end I can't believe we missed all those first half chances. More even in the second half but couldn't see them scoring until Stirling's play acting over the free kick turned it in their favour. Missed the last goal due to fighting in front of us but at least it wasn't rangers fans fighting each other and at least I want to see match of the day - deleted without watching most match days so far.

Back now.
Why wasn't Rio brought on when onuoha was injured? We weren't the same side with four at the back.
Why was Phillips brought on? On what planet is he a better player than hoillett?

Totally gutted!
