How can those pro-Allam supporters expect to be taken seriously when they have remained silent for over a year and then when they finally made their voices heard they are responsible for one of the most shameful and disgusting events in our clubs history.

Why have you been so passive in all of this? You could have your own supporters group, your own chants but instead you have sat and watched as other fans have controlled the fate of your own club, you've let yourselves down, not because you failed but because you couldn't be bothered to try in the first place.

If you want to misdirect your anger at a group of fans that cared enough to make their voices heard then that's up to you, just keep it out of the stadium, its not welcome.

Sums it up best for me...

For me if your pro name change you're entitled to that opinion, if you wanna chant in favour you do that, don't boo your own fans. #hcafc

Neither do you sing, 'Where were you when we were ****?' to your own fans.

The booing was out order but so was singing that.

    IMO.

You'd be right if that's all that it was, unfortunately it isn't, there's now an undertone to it which is basically telling AA to shove Hull Tigers up his arse, and anyone that can't see that basically doesn't want to!

If we stop singing it then that is one big victory to Allam and the appeasers.

I've just figured out what went on.

One or two parasitic scum bag premier league whores started booing the CTWD chant, to which many more reacted and started booing them. There were only actually a handful of mentally handicapped bigots booing the song.

Another great victory against the name change and pro Allam scum.

I'm neither pro the name change or CTWD, in fact the only thing that I don't like about CTWD is that I've never asked for them to speak for me, I may agree with them but thier reps who go on 5live and other media outlets don't speak for me even when they say they do....nothing more nothing less.

I wasn't there last night but a point is being missed the booing, I assume, was not aimed at the team, the fans or even necessarily pro name change (although I can definatley see why it can and has been interpreted that way)....it to me seemed to be anti CTWD which is a very different thing.

    Doesn't make it right tho.

    That is the worry.
Did the FA ask ALL the city fans their view? Or did they assume CTWD WAS the voice of the fans?

I accept your point. We are, however in danger of becoming more polarised what with booing and "where were u when we were sh1t" etc. (I suspect that a fair number of boo-ers were actually at games when we were sh1t and that the accusation is inaccurate. In an ideal world supporters - whatever their views on name change and ownership - would stop hurling verbal insults at each other and unite behind the team for the full 90 minutes the games are in progress. Is there a different approach CTWD can take that will not antagonize other City supporters (as it seemed to do last night)? I leave that to CTWD to ponder but I can only see the existing divide between supporters getting wider (and more vocal on match days) unless supporters of differing views find some way of working out a compromise :(

Before and after the match, not after 19 minutes. Could effect the players.

They invited views from the OSC. The OSC were going to organise a ballot of supporters, at the Chelsea match I think, but the club indicated they would lose their privileges if they did. All from memory, so I may have some of the details wrong.

I don't think CTWD have ever claimed to the sole voice of the fans - however they ahve until last night been the only vocal voice - i do think CTWD have done a lot things in a very positive way and have done thier best as a unit to behave very professionally. However I think somethimes they need to back up thier arguments with facts, just because AA doesn't doesn't mean they don't have to.

Last night will result in either an increase in CTWD membership or a louder anti CTWD voice at the next home game - the problem is being vocal about not supporting CTWD can only be interpreted by the owners as being pro name change which may not be the whole story?

Maybe CTWD should ballot season ticket holders - or stand outside prinny quay and do a survey on thier support from those who haven't signed up to CTWD?

They asked CTWD, the OSC, the East Riding FA and Hull City Council, who else do you think they should have asked?

that's it you see - did the FA ask all the CITY fans - Allam doesn't want there to be CITY fans - the CTWD and the fans singing the song are supporters of Hull CITY - the people who booed clearly are not supporters of Hull CITY otherwise they wouldn't have booed at those that support the team

Plus a fair few of us emailed/posted our feelings to the FA as well which i hope was mainly anti name change, but there may have been some pro changers?

Not Supporters? but they paid the money to watch the team does not matter if they sing or not maybe it could be they are fed up with ctwd thinking they are the only supporters of the club,it is obvious they booed ctwd when they sang at that particular time it was maybe showing how they feel about it.
