Are the mods asset stripping this forum of posters. Can we have them back please before they join the Liverpool forum.

Well okay, a point has been made, and my point has been made personally that I disagree with it. But there we go.
There's nothing stopping anyone who doesn't have a problem with it from talking about football again pal, hell I'll even join in. But it doesn't mean that we just ignore this.
Let's go on strike. If we all refused to post on here the board would go down the ****ter quickly. Joe and Dan should not have been banned. Jesus, you can't even make a joke on here anymore.
Love the irony that the people who have complained about not being able to express their opinion without being shouted over...have been banned! 
So to summarise...
- People were being silly and joking
- Those involved in the joking seemed to recognise it
- The character and humour of those involved is known to all
- Yet some people (no quantifiable amount) have made 'complaints', again no number given
- The mods have decided to insta-ban based on this
- Members of the forum, several long-standing, have asked for an explanation
- No clear explanation given
- Evidence asked for as people are unable to find ban-worthy content
- More ban-worthy content has been allowed to slide
- No evidence given
- People expected to move on and accept the ban regardless
I'm sorry but that's not something I'm going to do. I don't agree and the whole outcome is wholly unsatisfactory.
It leaves a sour taste in my mouth and I can't get on board with what has happened.
I'm disappointed it came to this but clearly there is no transparency. I thought we were better than that. A shame that it isn't the case.
As a result, I'm going to be logging out of this site until further notice.

I think I'll be joining you. This is no longer the forum I signed up for. **** it. I'll come back when Joe and Dan are reinstated and the mods admit they were wrong to ban them. I suggest others do the same.
If DTLW goes then this forum really does hit the ****. He's by far the best poster on here in terms of content/effort/frequency.

If this has upset people to the point where we're actually losing members then I think the mods need to reconsider. DTLW and RK are more long-term respected posters, and if we're losing a lot of those then the forum will only go one way.
the other forum costs a fiver though
I don't intend to join that one. I want to stay on this one. But the mods are being totally unreasonable and it's turning into a complete farce.
