Yeaaah the mods really need to swallow their pride here, admit they were wrong and reverse the bans.

 

The mods have the whole picture we don't. Let it go and move on. They'll be back.

 

If there's something that completes this picture that the rest of us don't have, the mods would be well-advised to provide it.

They're more than welcome to tell us the "whole picture" and then we'll discuss it. But currently with the facts presented to everyone else the ban doesn't make any sense.

 

The police in Ferguson have the whole picture and we don't. Let it go and move on. Don't question authority.

 

Joe and Dan have been given 48 hours off for good behaviour. They have been stoically putting in their shift of ganging up on posters, and then quitely taking the mickey in order to keep the forum on it's edge, and it was thought they needed the rest. It's not a question of how bad they were this time, it's the accumulation of the effort they so reasonably put in at every calling.

We'll welcome them back the evening after tomorrow.

This ganging up...mind providing some examples? You're not suggesting the fact that the two of them have often been the 'negative' side in discussions was adversely affecting things such that they had to be suspended, right?

 

My in box fills almost on a daily basis especially when there is in fighting on the forum...it doesn't happen every day but regularly. We try and keep an even keel on things as much as possible. Mostly we cannot tell you what is going on but you guys do not help us sometimes. You all have your own personalities you all have your different ways. Sometimes we have to guess and it is true we don't always get it right. We try though....at other times it is taken out of our hands if official complaints are made. That is just the way of things.......

 

Yeah i'd like to see this ganging up as well. They seem to just agree with eachother, is that not allowed?
