To be perfectly honest, the kit/stripes/red/white la la la is about 47th on my list of things I really care a lot about for next season. This really is a wait and see, and if it's red with lime-green nipple sandpaper, it'll be **** for a season, but will absolutely pale into insignificance in about five minutes in comparison to what actually happens on the field. Just means less people will buy that one.

I'm with the "who-cares-it's-the-players-wearing-it" view on kit. I'll buy it so that a) I don't get that "sooooo last season" look from fellow fans and b) my wife can trot out her now annual "another bloody football shirt? You'll still look like a fat old git in it". Harsh but fair, my missus.
