Gyan lost his strike partner in January when Darren Bent was sold to Aston Villa, but still managed to keep making his mark for the Wearside club under Manager Steve Bruce.
Extra cash secured after the appearance in the FA Cup Final has Stoke Manager Tony Pulis in the hunt for a top class striker and Gyan could be just that for his club. However, Goal.com have posted statements from Gyan saying that he is not going to leave the Black Cats as he is fully committed to the club.
