I know everyone is pretty much decided on Pardew ...but after today I wonder if anyone is still backing him?

Personally I think Pardew is mostly to blame and I think to fix the team it would be as simple as round pegs in round holes...
I mean look at today, we play 2 inept strikers up front with goufran in the hole...out of all the strikers bar remy he has the most goals this season yet pardew insists on playing him out of position...same goes for anita and a number of others.

I know a lot of people don't rate marveaux or even hba these days but why dont we play a 4-3-3 with goufran up front supported by two actual wingers?!?!?!

from what gosling showed today he'd happily slip into cabayes shoes until the end of the season and we might actually win one or two matches before the end...
so keep the faith or get rid?

Personally i want laudrup or leonardo put in charge....

haha i Know but it's what we need at a club like ours...with our support and infrastructure we should aim for these sort of people but it will just never happen..

If we can attract a top manager then yes I want him out. I wouldn't want to see him replaced with another average manager though, so wait until you have the right person lined up rather than doing it for the sake of it.

Leonardo would be great but I can't see it happening.

Laudrup I don't see as being better. Everywhere he goes he has a great first season and then it falls apart - which is exactly what everyone says about Pardew.

So for me there needs to be a middle option of out when a real top manager has agreed to take his place (if they can find one who will work with our non existent transfer policy)

How's about sacked and no replacement whatsoever?

We've not tried that one yet, could be amusing. If you haven't gathered, I'm losing interest.

There isn't a replacement I'd want we'd even bother to speak to about the position. He wouldn't be supported with squad investment so we could get Guardiola and do nowt with these.

Just get rid of Pardew. Fail at your job, get sacked. That's the way it works in any kind of respectable business... Yeah, so he's well safe.

When he got the touchline ban I immediately thought that was probably the last time you would see him there at Newcastle.

Looks like that may come true.

Time to for him to go, but won't happen.

As for replacement, I wouldn't want some has been that's been around the block.
Don't see why it has to be some so called top manager. We've tried that god knows how many times and it went pear shaped.

I would like an up an coming manager wanting to prove himself in the PL.
Someone used to English football and the intensity of the game.

UWE ROSLER...

Watching Wigan against Arsenal and by Christ do they play good football. Why the **** can't we play like that?

Pardew can **** off - I am sick to the sight of the spineless wretch and his constant array of tiresome excuses.
