The thing is we don't have the information required to claim Howe only wanted him for one reason. There's likely many.
He's conceded that now.
Conceded nothing pal he wanted him on loan and could only do it on loan because of the money. Absolutely nowhere have I speculated what he wanted beyond that. You really are strange. You were the one speculating saying he would have bought him in January if we had the money.

I understand we pulled out as Howe was concerned about Phillips lack of playing time. Only a rumour but I understand it was Howe who pulled the deal.

We couldn’t sign anyone outright in January Fact.
I stated as shown by you we only wanted him on loan which in January was a fact. Anything else is speculation something you are accusing me of somehow despite what I was saying being fact.
You said Howe would have bought him in January if we had the money- speculation.
