New manager thread

HR must and will stay until the summer. The last three games have really found him/us out. I have backed him 100%, but I now have serious doubts.
If we don't go up, he will walk. Then, and only then, we need to get in a manager who is young, forward thinking and wants to play the QPR-way. I am not too knowledgable about other teams ("Totallyqpr!"), so I am not going to suggest anyone.
The atmosphere at LR on Sunday was awful, the worst I have witnessed for a long, long time. This is due to how the team have played, how they played (against Reading) and what expectations we had at kick off. In all three cases the adjectives are dull, boring and low.
