Yup, this summer can set us back years or be the first step of a bright future, that depends on Redknapp being true to his word and leaving and the right man coming in. For that we need someone other than TF and beard choosing as they just pick someone who can talk a good interview rather than someone who's a good manager.

Redknapp and this squad designed to do a task regardless if anyone likes him... He stays and rebuilds the team

Sorry lads have to get behind the club and pull together

Hire or fire at the right time in my book and her some respect back to our club

    Harold and team fully capable

Wigan Reading Brighton etc all off the pace until now

This is where everyone earns their money let them show us

My own views dreams predictions etc always wrong but still possible

I honestly believed we would be much further ahead of the Foxes by now and still believe they will be in the play offs

We are poor at the moment
Sorry but table for me is false impression and only important when the maths comes to a conclusion

I want Harry to complete the task which he started at the beginning of this season. If at the end of the season he is unsuccessful, then I am sure that the board will review his position and take the appropriate action they feel necessary.

I do not see a reason to hit the "panic" button at present.

Have a strong cup of tea, take a few valiums and stay calm! Easier to say than do!!!

    Redknapp's reaction:

“I thought the best team won. Reading were bright, they had more energy than we did and I’ve got no complaints. It’s a difficult day but we’ve got to pick ourselves up again. We’ve had major injuries to three players who’ve been playing every week so we’ve had to change a few things. We’ve gone with two up front and we suddenly look very, very open. That’s a problem. We’ve got to work hard on the training pitch and get back to how we were playing a few weeks ago. We’ll all be in tomorrow and we’ll work hard to get ready for Charlton. It’s another tough game but we’ve got to start going on a run ourselves. We’re capable, we can do it, and I’m still confident we’ll be bang up there at the end of the season.

There’s testing times in every season. I’ve had one in every season I’ve been in management and this is just another one. There’s a long way to go.”

Harry............we looked "very, very open" because you didn't play a holding midfielder and included the slow and pathetically unfit Kranjcar in the central two!

    Clueless!!

To play two in the middle, you can't play somone like Taarabt or kranky or henry. You need a pair lime Barton and faurlin who can both put the tackles in and also spread the ball around. Not someone who couldn't find a tackle if he put his hand down his pants or someone that can't pass wind because then you leave the other cm totally isolated.

Please, please, no more "big names"

The man at Coventry is doing a decent job.

As I've stated before, now is not the right time for a change but I will be delighted if he has gone this summer.

I only hope that TF would then appoint a yougerer man who looks to the future rather than just the next twelve months.

I don't expect it to happen, but I think that now is absolutely the right time for a change. We are going backwards under Redknapp and the only way I can see us going up is with a new manager.

Its would cost several million to sack him against him going for nothing in the summer.

Pointless sacking him now, the new man would be stuck with our disjointed squad which just isn't good enough. It makes me laugh when I hear commentators saying about the quality of our squad, we've been watching this dross for most of the season and now the luck has run out we're getting the results our play deserves...

I think you'll find he was signed on a two and a half year contract, so he doesn't have to go this summer either, although he said he'd go if we don't go up. Perhaps in the summer TF should put him on gardening leave, whatever happens Harry's stock has fallen dramatically in the past three months since we were top of the league, paradoxically, Big Sam's has risen dramatically in the past few weeks, would the Hammers still want Harry now?...

Have to say that I have never taken to Harold since he's been with us......he was totally underwelming last season when he seemed to make very little impact on trying to avoid relegation, he did afterall have 20 odd games and the January transfer window to turn things around but for some reason the master motivator failed to motivate anyone.....

This season although he has to get some credit for the clear out and for actually getting us into contention, he gives the impression that he would rather be anywhere else instead of W12, his demeanor on the touchline is defensive, hands thrust deep in coat pockets, glum expression and so on....when you look at the youger managers in the game, Martinez, Rogers, Dych at Burnley, Adkins at Reading they kick and head every ball, they are always cajooling their players, talking to them, getting the best out of them, Harold on the other hand seems to just let the players get on with it......

There is no chance of Harold walking at this moment in time, he is here until the end of season. What happens then, well IMO if we go up he will stay, if we don't then he will go, either way there is going to be a huge clear out of playing staff and although I would prefer the rebuilding process to be done in the Championship, I can see the logic of doing it in the Prem because of the money involved, we could be the next boing, boing club....

As to whom to replace Harold when the time comes, there really isn't that many good young coaches/managers to choose from....OGS is finding out the hard way in Cardiff, Laudrup probably decided that Spain is preferable to South Wales. So we need to look at the likes of Howe at Bournemouth, Robinson at MK Dons or someone like Hypia (spelling) at Weder Bremman and give them 2 - 3 years (a 3 year plan!) and tell them that their remit is to bring through a couple of home grown youngsters each season to become established 1st team players/squad members and be ready for Premier League football when the new ground is ready....

When all is said and done, I'd still rather Harry every day of the week, over fat Sam.
Somewhere along the line, his experience must show through ........................ the sooner the better.
At the end of the day, there may be overriding issues between players at our club, Harry, like the team is in a slump.
Can he, can they pull out of it?
We can only hope so ................. and quickly.

We are still sitting third on the table.

I think TF has given up on that already judging by the window. no point throwing an extra couple of million down the drain.

Hyypiä would be an ideal choice for a new manager. He is one of the rising stars on the managerial front, but there would be lot of bigger clubs in europe to wait for him after werder bremen. Mind you liverpool havent recovered fully after hyypia ended his career. Skertel, Agger and Toure have been just cheap replicas of that big finn. If liverpool have someone as good as hyypia now instead of toure they just might win the PL.

fat sam is my nightmare appointment and would mean wed have had the 3 worst and overpaid managers in our history. Id add TF to my out list if that happened.
