She's not part of the panel though, she's the host. I'm not sure that would be considered the same thing for the purposes of this.
For example, you wouldn't call David Dimbleby a panellist in Question Time (because he's not)
The explanation I've heard is that he was frustrated at being subbed off, knew he'd had a bad game, and was generally upset that his side were losing to Napoli. The man certainly does care, you've got to give him that.

Turns out having a messed up foot can be a good thing. I went to gym a little earlier to do upper body work. There was this girl that was doing loads of stretches. (Crazy ones, I think she is either a stripper or a dancer tbh)
I have to admit I did perv on her a bit, but then what guy wouldn't? To cut a long story short she came over to me and ask me about my foot etc. She wants to go gyming with me next time I go.
