For those questioning Taarabt's move to AC Milan, he's just scored a wonderful individual goal.

BBC chief says that they will no longer make panel shows for which the permanent members are all male.

 

Oh dear, positive discrimination.

 

So who's gonna be the permanent female in Question of Sport?

 

Sue Barker probably counts. Something like QI is more interesting, unless it means all new panel shows from now on.

 

Er.... I think Sue Barker counts as female and permanent. Unless she's leaving which I haven't heard.

 

HIGNFY is screwed, as is QI, unless they get someone like Jo Brand or Sandi Toksvig to become permanent.

I don't question Taarabt's move, I question his ability to play football. Perhaps Serie A will suit him.

If you take the word of Sandi Toksvig, on QI she revealed that women aren't considered funny, even amongst all-women audiences. She backed it up with evidence too. Luckily, she blew her own evidence out of the water as she was very funny while presenting the information. Ronni Ancona was excellent too, and on the same show.

The footage of him sat in the dugout, crying, is alleged to have occurred due to racist chanting from Napoli fans.

 

Alleged by nobody but Twitter, it seems. Even Clarence Seedorf has denied it's racism related.
