The further they stay in the Mickey Mouse cup the more likely they will go down just like Birmingham
 
Arithmetic not really a strong point in Sunderland schools is it.

Fredor - 22 games remaining at 3 points per game = 66 points + 9 points you currently have
that makes a grand total of 75 to most educated people, but if you think its 77, fair enough who I am to argue.

1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9,10

Not 1, 2, 3, 7 and whatever you think comes next.
After 3, comes 4 and then 5 and 6 before you reach 7

Sorry as you point out if we played Newcastle every week we would only finish up with 75 points not 77

The omen is that the league cup is ours in Feb, we were **** tonight but got through like M K dons in the 2nd round and the refs are still cheats as proved tonight.

The reason being I do not have to inform the Sunderland supporters which team over the years has won the most league titles whereas on this forum I find there are a lot of misguided souls believing that because they happen to be having a lucky run that they are a superior league club I am sure you do not object to my letting them know the truth, as an aside I would like to point out that at no time have I ever been critical of Newcastle United one of the TWO teams that I supported as a boy but then again I was born in a different era who would have believed that a Newcastle supporter would want a London club to beat a team from the north east not in my time after we used to play them at St James Pk we would go for a drink and I would spend hours trying to explain to them how lucky they had been to win

PS Albie I bet you will think twice before putting another thread on the forum with this form of title

Nay mackem, history tells us that the omens are NOT good for Sunderland....indeed the last time you reached Wembley in the final of this trophy (having also beat Chelsea on the way) you lost.....and then got relegated :cheesy:

And there are also other teams in this competition who will be determined to win the thing.
 
If the Mackems win the derby, I will gladly fight naked with each of their board's members (not those members ;)<whistle>) in turn...
