A:Nikos Dabizas has not followed the rest of Panathinaikos ' mission the way back. The Technical Director of "Greens" remained in England for meteggrafikes matters.

The Sunderland keeps trying to gain Favor Mayria, who employs and other groups on the island. The Dabizas had contacts with this particular topic, while not impossible to find and the side of Mochamantoy Diarra. (English)

Not too bothered about this lad, it can wait until the end of the window as hes not going to be a first teamer yet.

Seriously worried about the full backs though, without them its just going to be like last season as the wingers will get no support and we will sit deep again.

not as worried today as i was yesterday, the secretivity of the culuska deal suggests we are keeping our powder dry, think the only reason we know about that deal is because the player himself broke it yesterday once terms were agreed, he must be confident of passing his medical.

There were more murmerrings about cissokho and the cars on bricks brigade have made a loan offer for somebody else and have been quoted saying they have no interest in him.

The peruzzi deal is still smouldering and still think we are waiting on the bale deal to kick start a chain of events including contrao from real to spuds meaning there is still hope on rose

in summary its still possible that we'll have 2 x LB's and 2 x RB's at our club by the end of the window

You have to admit though it would be good for the plan to show itself early next week! haha

I am looking forward to the Fulham game but get the feeling it will throw up for questions than answers, Cissohko news is sounding like we can hold some slight hope, we need another signing I think to give the fans another boost.

i'd be sad if we start against fulham without a recognised full back, but once we win i'll be happy, if it takes until the end of the window to get our men than so be it. the window should end on friday for me

Could there be logic in signing this lad and moving Giacc inside?

Based on yesterday, maybe, although Giacc does look suited to being out wide.

We looked so, so close to being a good side yesterday.

No. Keep Mavrias as Giaccherini's back-up like DMK and Johnson on the right

Bring in him, the creative cm and a striker if Sess leaves.

Edit: and a LB! How could I forget that

Yeah, I could see the more direct physical style of Jozy really seeing Fletch in the goals.

so many good thing came out of that game, we passed it better, crossed it in dangerous areas, i liked the look of that celustka, he got forward at every opportunity.

altidore was quite good at holding the ball up, and he pinged it around well, colback had another consistant display at left back, but....

there was some misunderstandings at the back between westwood and his defenders, we panicked a bit when we went a goal down, and resorted to hoofing it a bit, sess was friggen anonomous again, and larsson must have a hobby for flinging his arms in the air at every opportunity.

Yeah, I liked Celutska too, especially bearing in mind he's been in the country only 3-4days, I think he will improve and be a genuine asset.

Thought generally the defence looked solid, with a few moments, I did note that Westie's kicking was clean and long, a class above Mig on that score.

What surprised, impressed and encouraged me with Jozy was his touch, he is a tank but some of his touches were really deft, I really think we have a player there.

Cabral, as I said, was the stand out for me though, feet, power, determination, I think he is the player we hoped Alfie may develop into in 2 years, he looks a superb signing.

Sunderland expect Greece winger Charis Mavrias to arrive Tuesday to complete his protracted £2.5million move from Panathinaikos. Sunderland initially wanted the 19-year-old on loan but the Greeks were eager for a permanent cash deal. The Black Cats initially agreed a deal last month but it feel through due to a series of delays. Mavrias appeared four times in the Champions League last season, and scored five goals in all competitions. He also has two caps for Greece. Manager Paolo di Canio will also decide today whether to bring in Juventus left-back Paolo de Ceglie or Armand Traore from QPR.
