SUNDERLAND’S finances should be further boosted over the next 48 hours, with Ahmed Elmohamady on the verge of completing his move to Hull City.

The Echo understands Elmohamady has agreed personal terms over a £2million switch to the newly-promoted Tigers after a successful loan spell at the KC Stadium last season.

There remain a few minor issues before the deal is finalised, but the winger’s switch is expected to be confirmed before the end of the week.

I know a bloke who gets inside info from a few places and he tells me elmohamady is a done deal.

Also thinks we've had a very reasonable bid accepted for a very exciting striker, but I can't leak the name on here just yet in case it gets picked up on.
