True, put in a cheeky bid of 1.5 million and see what happens.
Definitely got less baggage than Mboyo, especially when he travelled down to QPR. :emoticon-0116-evilg

I'd definitely stick in a **** bid for Odemwinge, they want rid and his goal scoring record is excellent, we've nothing to lose.

As OLM and Macca said, it was more like you gave up on him...

He didn't have to make a comment at all, the window isn't even open yet. If there was even a part of him that wanted to leave, he could have just kept quiet and waited. Maybe a bigger club than you would have come in for him? His statement, before the window is even open, is that he wants to stay at Leicester for next season at least.

What do you mean when you say, we deserve him? I'll have to take that as a compliment as he's a top quality 'keeper. Thanks buddy :)

The timing is significant (see above).
There's no doubt in your mind that he wanted to join Hull? There is great doubt in my mind of that. If he was that desperate for a move to Hull, he could have easily forced it. If he were to hand in a transfer request, I think we'd have to lower our valuation, as we wouldn't keep a player with that value, on that wage, at the club for a whole season and not play him, and then lose him for free at the start of the next. Especially, as you all like to remind us oh-so-often, with FFP around the corner.

Phil Buckingham just tweeted, 'we linked with Tom Huddlestone, but Sunderland appear to be favourites.'

I shall re check and get back to you on the address OLM. Daft tweeter but vdery funny. The Xabi Alonso one was a classic. Donkeys and Blackpool. Lol.

Shows class and his desire to play in the PL. Whats a £7k cut when yout still on say £25k a week.

What a mis-taker-to-maker in the first place. Turkey is for holidays and thats pushing it. imo.

It would not surprsie me IF we had done a deal with Kasper via his Dad Peter for next summer. Kasper sees out his Lesta contract and then leaves regardless. Kasper more than likely is just saying the right things at the moment to keep Nasty Nigel Pearson off his back. January could be interesting or when Kasper refuses to sign a new deal.

From what Sone Aluko has said this week we have a good one and maybe another reason why Aluko stays with us longer. Well at least thats the rooming sorted for away matches for Aluko and McGregor.

Looks like they habe No Choice. The WBA chairman is saying that they have had NO BIDS for Odemwingie. As OLM posted, put in a stupid bid and see what happens. They obviously dont him him back and with less than a week before pre-season we could get lucky. ? Maybe.....

Bet his wishes he had stayed @ Swansea City now. Let that be a lesson for all want-a-way players. The grass is not always greener is it.

Start with £1m and see how desperate WBA really are at the moment.

Well then Fulham must have dropped out. Can Curtis Davies swing the deal. Without doubt the best rumour for our midfield this summer. Sadly i just dont see it happening.

Palace and Swansea are apparently also interested in Odemwinge, so West Brom might end up getting a decent fee in the end.

I think Odemwinge would represent value at 3mil. AND although the sentiments expressed about Mboyo in the other thread were not unanimous, the feeling that we'd be better off without him seemed almost unanimous.

No enquiries for Newcastle Utd yet. £267m appears too rich for them.
