My forecast for the upcoming week after cleaning out the driveway from snowfalls on Sat/Sun, sunny & cold, but on the bright side, no snow!

Also a different winter driving game over here in Atlantic Canada, so you have to be prepared for it with a snowblower + winter tires on vehicle. In my youth, living in the UK, I remember my dad was always petrified of the dreaded "black ice", which is part and parcel over here.

Can't see you having any worries there, a few flakes and everything comes to a standstill...

Bad news is Heathrow is the usual chaos...cancelled flights, bags everywhere, upset passengers........

Good news is that I've already been signed up for 4 days solid overtime, so that's Xmas paid for......:)

Don't they put a cap on that staines?

I am home awaiting the dreaded snow squalls for whic alerts are now being posted - if we get a major one, the chances of me driving back to Toronto tonight are slim to none (squalls have been known to dump upwards of a meter on occasion)
