You mean the bit about spending a bomb?

Well havent you just said thats its obviously not alot of money compared to some transfers this summer and summer prior?

So what about this point?

I don't know why I bother to keep entertaining your pointlessness but, to keep it very simple for you, a lot of people are hypocrites and don't level the same criticisms at United that they do at other clubs when they do similar things.

Wow.

So what you are saying in essence is that people are not complaining about United spending massive sums like City and Chelsea.

Hmmm...

I have to say I disagree, in my experience as a United fan I find rival fans like nothing more than to remind us frequently how we spent big on several players over the years. I am sure you can remember having done it yourself at some point.

Rather unfairly if you were to ask me considering what we are up against these days and considering history has shown we have not always been the biggest spenders even when we were the most successful team at the time but thats not important for now.

I do think United get more than their fair share of criticisms though, in many ways we dont get enough credit.

I actually think this isn't that good a signing... 29 years old and costing £24 mil... He had his best season and will only go downhill. Arsenal got the better deal for sure. And the OP is right... Whenever City or ourselves spend big we alwys get criticised and the FFP rollocks gets mentionned but when United spend... no one dare insult Sir Alex and his troops.

There is a simple reason for this, most intelligent people realise United are spending within their means as far as ffp goes and other clubs like the one`s who attract criticism aren`t.

The simple reason is that the media work for United

Troll? That's a new one. Inaccurate but good to see you varying it for once. <ok>

Mate I wouldnt worry, the guys a tool, even if he is a fellow Chelsea fan.
Everytime I see a supporter of another team post on here he is down their throat.
He isnt as big a tool as UIR, granted, who seems to just love arguing with people and disagreeing for the sake of disagreeing, but he's a tool nonetheless.

Whatever the point is, I'm reasonably sure that when it comes to matters of a financial nature, RA is light years in front of anyone on this site, FIFA, EUFA, The Chancellor, the President of the World Bank, or the Federal Reserve.
Not so sure about the Glazers.

Nah, we are skint mate and couldn`t afford to pay em, not and keep up the payments to the referees, FA, League, EUAF and the rest, besides, the moan was that "a lot of people" not the media are being hypocritical.

No, it's why you're in debt.

Wish you lucky ****ers would shoooshhhh with the moaning before a ball has been kicked... You've shelled out on some of the world's finest talent, I'm grateful my ST means I'll get to see some of it (even if it means we lose), and you're all literally arguing over other people's money...

To be honest, agree with the Man City ex-player who did the talksport interview, the Van Persie deal does pong a bit of desperation from Sir Alex, but he's a good player and will score goals <ok>
I have never seen any of the lads Chelsea have signed, but head good things, so I'm massively excited!

Buying one of the best strikers in Europe is not desperation, it is good business. The players Chelsea have bought are all class players but all play in the same or similar position and i am intrigued to see where they will all fit in

Haha.

I disagree with people who are wrong or clear ABU's that need educating.

Do you see me disagreeing with Drogs for the sake of it? Nope. Why is that? Well Drogs isnt a wum and District Line is. Its quite simple really.

Even Londons one EC winners is a wum and an obvious one at that but hes nowhere near the level of DL.

So yes I disagree with people.....more accurately wums and those that take pleasure in mocking munich ( none of you guys btw, I think we all know who I mean here ).

I also know quite a bit about FFP and the reasons it wont effect United at all. I also explained in the past why Chelsea will pass ( recent spending shouldnt make much difference ) but why City will not pass. DL knows nothing of FFP at all but was trying to wum.

So far I am always wrong, an idiot, 12, a tool and some other more offensive things that cant be repeated. Cool <ok>

I suspect Uefa are way ahead of RA in regards to their own Financial rules.
