The main problem is it being cleared by the SFA, so they release the registration papers.
 
I can't be doing with all this waiting....its like having the carrot dangled but knowing it can be snatched away at any moment! Such an exciting signing i will be relieved when hes on OWS in his tigers shirt....

Nick's court case is underway, I'm sure you'll find out about it sooner or later. As far as I'm aware, AP hasn't taken any action, presumably because he hasn't got grounds to.

Naive then impatient and naive again when using the media to pressurise the allams into revealing this seasons summer budget, when his decision turned out to be a bad one imo.

Nick didn't want to come out in the media, saying 'I've given the owners names of players I want, but they don't want them, they want their owns targets', so he played down the fact he needed anyone at all. There was money available, but for the Allam's targets only, Nick's deals weren't sanctioned, presumably because they weren't confident that he was spending their money wisely.

Nick certainly wanted players in, it was obvious we weren't scoring enough goals, he didn't rate Adebloa or Mclean at all and Simpson pissed him off by refusing to take over Mclean's position on the right when he returned from Millwall.
