FACT. Time will tell of course but it looks as though we have signed Aluko completely free on a FAT. Now look where NP is with his transfer dealings no one wants to go there because everyone can see they have dodgy Thai owners that want to meddle and stick their noses in everything and everyone knows NP will be sacked by Christmas do they'd rather wait until January to see who their new manager is. Leicester are in trouble and will struggle, relegation for me but as always TWT.
The SFA haven't given the green light for all players leaving Rangers, only the select few who had found clubs before!
In the case of football authorities I am sure their rules will insist that the contracts are written. Otherwise how can they be lodged with governing bodies, as recordings?
I've been trying to find the Scottish Court's ruling on this but can find no evidence of the case. What Court was it in? What was the date of the decision? Do you have the case citation?
I seem to recall that it was the SFA and FIFA not the courts as it has not gone there yet, therefore IMO Tickler is talking ( insert your own here ) again.
To be generous I'll say Tickler is "mistaken". Rangers did win their case before the Scottish Courts against the SFA for the year long transfer embargo. The last I have seen is that the dispute regarding the transfer of players' contracts may be referred to the SFA CAS.
It means "Time will tell". It's a way of invalidating all of your previous comments in a post by admitting you haven't got a scooby.
You cut me deep Bob ... "no one wants to go there" .... apart from the 6 that have signed in the close season ... "Leicester are in trouble and will struggle" ... but if not and if NP is not "sacked by Christmas" then Bob, in restitution, will agree to paint the words "I should not snog a mammoth's bottom before posting" 1000 time on his cave walls ...
