I woke up just after 3am mate so finally got up after not being able to go over again. Read for a bit then looked on here to see what was going on. Went back to bed just after I posted that.
Often like it these days mate, reading for a while usually gets me over again but the odd night it doesn't happen.
Can you share your secret?
I think with Acun you always have to remember he says the right things for the particular audience he's speaking to. So when he talks to the Turkish media it's often about getting Turkish personnel into Hull City, and this will only increase with us now being in the PL. When he talks to City fans he says very different things, always about how beautiful we and the club are and all the one family, one dream stuff. Which is not to say that he's lying, but I think when there isn't anything concrete to say he talks up the things that his audience wants to hear.
Tbf, he seems to tell the same stories where ever he is., whoever he's talking to.
When he's in Turkey he'll of course get asked more questions about Turkish players etc. To be expected.
actually the support base for Hull city in Turkey probably/potentially exceeds the support base here, so if can can milk it financially to our benefit, get on with it...
