I get that but all the rumours are for incomings and then outgoings have been eerily quiet despite the necessity. Like I say I might be alone with these worries. But, I can't shake them.
Players who aren’t gonna be wanted have all just had a massive wage increase
They’re going to sit tight
For a while yet and the club will have to make it worth their while to go

I get where you're coming from but if it was that simple a promoted club would never sell their fringe players.
Surely depends on the length of their contract and their wages. If they've got one year left but can move and secure a 4 year contract on decent (even if not as much as wecwould pay in the Prem) wages and be a regular starter then surely thats an incentive and also depends where the club is. Im sure London would appeal to a lot of players.

I also doubt everyone's contracts have suddenly become unreasonable. Drameh wouldn't be on 40k a week for instance.

They’d go on loan somewhere with us subsidising it
