They don’t use hair follicle testing. You can opt for a blood test but the default is urine.
If you get a positive result then hair follicle testing can be used to confirm or clear the original test.
Must be different in Australia, hair follicles are tested. Seems idiotic not to given the longer lasting evidence in hair follicles.
I'm frustrated for Lewie. He's obviously held a lot in over the season and he should have been able to blow of steam, have a holiday etc in healthy ways before pre-season. This now means he's extending all the stress and pressure through the summer.
