They are doing it to protect ticket revenue (on the off chance) we get promoted to the PL.Or, we find out why the club are doing this, and it all makes perfect sense![]()

This is what the T&C's actually say:
Season Ticket holders must have their ticket used, (either through attendance or from a ticket being used following ticket transfer / forwarding) for at least 70% of fixtures to be entitled to future loyalty pricing and risk having their Season Ticket cancelled if persistently not attending games..
Basically, if you miss 14 games in a season you will not qualify for the loyalty prices the following season. Not great but a far cry from what people are posting on here.
Would be helpful of them to release the stats imoOr, the numbers are in the 100's...
Probably the same place you studied EnglishWhere did you study maths. It's 7 games a season.

You are right though, I stupidly counted all games instead of just home games. It still isn't what you were saying though
I know you are hard of thinking but take this opportunity to read it againYes it is. If you do not attend 70% of home games (miss 7) you are at risk of having your season ticket revoked/cancelled. It's literally in your quote.

Having had the pleasure to speak to Bruce and found him a genuine bloke and fan, I will be very disappointed if he is the instigator of this. This is the type of decision I would expect that whopper to make. Bruce has been class with hummel but this stinks of Americanisation and trying to max out profit. Needs to sort this **** out.

This feels like a T&C they've put in place to give them the ability to stop people taking the piss, rather than punish people who genuinely can't get to games. Would be shocked if it doesn't get treated on a case by case basis, so to use @Prehab26's example he'd have the opportunity to explain the problem before anything gets revoked, at which point they'd drop it.
It makes zero sense for them to want to rescind season tickets to genuine fans during a time we don't come close to selling out.
I have spoke to him a bit too and know the other part of his family. Nice bloke. But this is not good.

How can they ensure fairness and equality in applying the terms then? They wouldn't be able too. It's a really poor decision and totally not necessary to have in.
I have posted what the T&C's say, if you can't understand the wording then so be itRead it loads. The only information we can go off is the 70%, loyalty point and ticket revoked.
Are you saying this is not the case. Seems the the vast majority on here and social media have also made a mistake reading the words.....
It doesn't. But that's what their own words have said. Unless you're implying it's an empty threat, which is also, equally pathetic and damaging PR

By investigating each case when they come up rather than blanketly applying it.
