It’s off at a bit of a tangent, but this reminds me of the trend a few years ago for alternatively sub titled bits of the scene from ‘Downfall’ with Hitler and his generals. Some of them were genuinely funny, but if you understood what they were actually saying rather than just reading the made-up translation it was really distracting.

Odd that, there was a question on 'The Chase' tonight about Cool Hand Luke....Which actor won an Oscar for best supporting actor for his part in Cool Hand Luke?
