It's a great comment on being in a foreign land but when watching a foreign film I quite like the subtitles as it instills concentration in something you have invested your time in.

Debbie Does Dallas - The greatest movie of all time.

Cats - The legendary James Corden at his best. He was robbed of an Oscar.

The Godfather 3 - Shows what the first 2 films could have/should have been.

Howard the Duck - My childhood favourite. Still a masterpiece.

Barbie - A modern day classic with great plot twists and character development.

I also think I'd depends on what you mean by top 5.
Some of the films I love really aren't that good. But I've grown up with them so it's nostalgia or whatever you want to call it.
