And please tell me Mr Clark, how much confidence do you have in Gareth Southgate and his ability to get the best from this world class squad? please log in to view this image
Might be the pints talking but I think we see a different England now there’s jeopardy in this fixture, 2-0, Stones header Kane pen
Aye would normally be full of optimism and looking forward to the Swiss (progression permitting) but I just see more negative tactics coming - hope I’m wrong
I do think we will see a better performance today but the problems around our tactics (namely out left side and pressing issues) will remain and if not rectified will only be more obvious against knockout teams. At the moment it's too easy for teams to flood the centre, we need to work out a way to get around the defence
Two women pitch- side again ffs.... Chirping on about **** ffs.. "We will see something different when the players come out to warm up"
Having to watch it in Newcastle and they’re more obsessed with giving it to Gordon than the da in Jimmy Grimble

Team confirmed exactly as I thought, Southgate is either absolutely spineless or clueless (or both). We will probably still squeak through but I want to see entertaining football.
Trippier to make it 4 games out of 4 where he's a major issue within the side? Hope Gordon gets more than 3 minutes today. 1-0 England, Kane.
Palmer done more in 10 mins than Saka has all tournament and yet he still leaves him on the bench. What an absolute nob sack
Foden's had what, three days off? Still gets in. Southgate's like the prototype robot in Westworld who keeps living the same day over and over again.
Surely they were actual left backs he could have taken, what a waste of a spot shaw is! One change is what everyone thought it would be, only spot up for grab it seems
Any squad player must travel with the squad knowing they have zero chance of playing under Gareth. What was the point in even picking Wharton when he picks Gallagher and even played Trent out of position infront of him in CM.?
Happy to see Mainoo start, give that bit of extra quality on the ball. Foden has to stay wider today. I don't care that he wants to play as a 10, he needs to do a job for his country.
