You can try and compare Bruce and Rosenior, but it would be like comparing Reid and Rosenior I suppose, were Rosenior to get the job here. They are from different eras. Again, I am not sure how British coaches have lower ceilings. It doesnt really have much to do with nationality at all. It is about ability, work ethic and of course having the right people and players around you. I couldnt honestly say McKenna or Martin arent going to outshine Maresca or Slott because they are British. If I were a betting man I would have a couple of quid that in 5 years time the two British lads may well be at a higher level.
