Clubs make barely any money from kit sales anyway, maybe £5 a shirt at a push. Clubs make their money through the actual deal that is signed. This limited release stuff is very normal for Hummel
Yep. They do it all the time. They've produced some iconic shirts in the past so they know that limited edition reissues will sell out straight away.
Like I say, no huge fan of that kind of gimmick. It's ok PR, bit of a nothing headline which will be forgotten before long. The more people you get into those limited strips the more actual impact the campaign has and I can't help but think they've maybe lost sight of that and chased "a good idea" down a rabbit hole. It's a bit of a blunder in my eyed but I get it, at least they're trying something.
They should auction off the ones the players and Doddsy had on yesterday and raise a few quid for the FoL
Modelled by a 'local poet'. Sunderland's changed. Imagine telling anyone that was your job in Sunderland in the 80s.
If they still have stock at 10:10 I’ll be stunned. Assuming the website doesn’t **** its arse out as usual like.
