I'm not telling you anything ...

... I've learned that it's pointless talking to anyone who's already made up their mind completely and won't ever listen.

A quick search brings up the word 'underwhelmed' shortly followed by 'gutted'.

Brighton fans, on their new manger, was more like 'who he?' <laugh>

So you don’t ever do self reflection I take it

What do you know about the recruitment process and how they came to Beale. Have you looked over his Cv and know the ins and out of his coaching career? Why dont you like him? Is it based on what happened at rangers?

I don’t employ people who finish 3rd in a 2 horse race, no.

It’s like Newcastle town centre after a Derby win

MurtonMark has posted the conspiracy theory that KLD never wanted to be majority owner so is running the club as a “asset trading house” along with a bunch of I told you so nonsense

90 likes and counting <laugh>
Totally true

okay... just going to throw another opinion up here.

let's say the club were actually not ready to let TM go, there have been some bad results lately but maybe they were willing to give him the benefit of the doubt and the window to get back to 'normal', there has been talk of some 'player revolt' which may well have come from TM's choices on match days and it may well have come from TM trying to make a point, either way it came down to him leaving the club for whatever reason as it was decided he could no longer continue...this happens a lot in football.

i honestly believe a few possible candidates were 'on file' but the club had not expected to be looking for them half way through the season which i presume made the whole process more difficult (as we saw with all the talk of compensation etc) so the interviewing and time frame became more condensed, a few names were thrown into the mix, exactly how many of those were actually spoken to or for that matter, how many others were contacted that we had no idea about were involved and none of us know or likely will ever know who was the 'main target' so any speculating is really pointless.

the club has made it's decision, as when TM (and others, previously) was announced it has not inspired visions of promotion but each time there has been an improvement and remember, a big part has been the recruitment teams work...so i am once again going to trust the owners to have made the right choice and see how the season goes.

as for the ticketing for the mags game, i really cannot fathom that, i think the club has tried to mix it up to get a good atmosphere for the tv...but i see i am not alone in thinking that they should have stuck with the 'bus to get a ticket' idea and just given them the upper seats and put a net along...this way, fans are losing the seat they prefer (never a good idea) and there will be a massive police presence inside to segregate the two groups, also should have taken care as once the game is over 'rogue mags' would be happy to go on a rampage and find their own way home.

Not the club's decision to allow 6,000 mags. How many times.....................?!?

It's a difficult situation and, tbf, those seats don't belong to SC holders on that day.

People need to stop being so bloody precious and, if it's such a massive deal, don't bother

We don't need whiny whingers in the ground imo.
I am generally not a whimper mate (although I have had a moan about the new manager today. I’ll get over that ). But
There are mitigating circumstances for people in the north stand I’ve sat there since the ground opened and in the last couple of years had all kinds of ****e thrown down on us to the extent that after the Coventry game the old dear three seats along has stopped going to games the clubs response was to do nothing but pay lip service for safety and segregation reasons they are in the best place Now the Mags winge about it and wrote letters to the FA they cave in and move them SJP never give more than 3k for games always claim they can’t for safety reasons Things like this need sorting before the season starts like at Man U they know where the away fans will be sat and how many they will get. Awful decision by the club in my view

It’s not difficult, most companies employ recruitment firms to look for ne employees, football clubs probably call them scouts or whatever. If a recruitment firm I employed to find a candidate for, my industry recommended, me someone with the same lack of success at their job as Beale has in his I would fire the recruitment firm.
However your opinion on whether Michael Beale is a good enough coach is completely irrelevant
