If a recruitment firm I employed to find a candidate for, my industry recommended, me someone with the same lack of success at their job as Beale has in his I would fire the recruitment firm.

Are you really telling me after we sacked Mowbray, your thought was hmm, it’s an ideal chance top appoint Beale as our manager? No, thought not, he may do okay, but I refuse to believe he is the best available, unless,the overriding criteria was no compensation will be paid!

... I've learned that it's pointless talking to anyone who's already made up their mind completely and won't ever listen.

Another way to look at it I suppose, Glasgow rangers are a massive club in Scotland, in uk terms they’ve the standing and history of an established, but not top, premier league team. They did all their homework and said he was the man for them. He failed primarily, according to my hun mates, because his team was outclassed by Celtic on a few occasions. Now my point is, if a team of their standing do all due diligence and come up with him, then we may have done the same?
What do you know about the recruitment process and how they came to Beale. Have you looked over his Cv and know the ins and out of his coaching career? Why dont you like him? Is it based on what happened at rangers?
**** it, is what it is . Speakman and KLD have got a lot more right than wrong. Hopefully he turns out to be the Beale deal (I’ll get me coat).
