    I often wonder how other clubs seem to get their transfer business done really quick and yet it takes us weeks.

    Why is that?

    Trust the plan everyone. Today is tough but could turn out to be outstanding longer term - we need to seriously strengthen to get promoted and compete.

    Prior to KLD and Speakman we had very very few players that bigger rivals would be even considering looking at . Since we have had apparent interest in Patterson , Ballard , Batthe, Cirkin , Neil , Roberts , Pritchard , Stewart , Clarke , Ekwah . Compare this with three or four years ago and the difference is night and day .

    I mean, there’s also agents doing their jobs at play here.

    Cirkin, Ballard and Luke get new deals.

    Why wouldn’t Clarke & Roberts expect one? I would if I was them.

    Might just be that.

    Good rumours - baseless and little chance of anything happening

    Bad rumours - bound to happen and proof the club don't want promotion.

    Cue hysteria and predictions of boycotts, meltdowns and a toxic atmosphere.
