He hasn’t ever been injury prone, he was thrown in by shota after a non existent pre season and then rushed back by Rosie.Yes he creates a lot of work for the medical team.

Shame you don’t understand a calendar….I'm just watching th transfer show and Mount going to Manure. They were discussing why so many transfers will be ratified the first week in July with 31 June being the end fo the Football Financial year. If deals are done before 31 June they would affect the FFP for this season. Might explain why nothing has been done until now. First time ive sort of understood it..
Isn't it!!!... but dont worry yourself over it... well not too much anyway...Shame you don’t understand a calendar….
Bielikhas signed for brum
For young premier league we’ve got the young Marc Leonard who just starred in league 2 for Northampton, 2.2 tackles and 1.4 interceptions a game. Tim Iroegbunam at Villa who averaged 2 a game in the champ. They’d be my picks from players im aware of.Decent player but too injury-prone for us to consider. There aren’t a lot of Championship-quality ball-winning #6s that are in their prime to choose from. Bielik was one but too injury-prone and has gone to Brum. Only others off the top of my head are Ben Whiteman at Preston and Lewis Travis at Blackburn. Aside from them, you’re looking at players abroad, taking a gamble on someone from League 1 like Terry Taylor at Burton or George Dobson at Charlton or loaning from a Prem team.

Clearly we have a difference of opinion on Elder. It happens...If we bring in someone who is fundamentally better, then I'll be the first to acknowledge it. I wait to see. Yes, I agree we do have a decent core and with a few additions we could challenge. No doubt about it.As for the rest of what you’ve said, I think we’ve got a decent core group that, with a few additions, could challenge for top 6.

I’d argue that’s as much down to who he was coached by last season TBF. I watched him at the u19 Euros and thought he looked good. Played under very direct coaches this season.Tim Iroegbunam had an up-and-down year at QPR so I wouldn't go near him. He'll no doubt turn into a very good player over the next few years but not sure he's what we need and he's a bit sloppy on the ball when I've seen him.

Wasn’t the Villa lad the one who played 70 minutes in central midfield in one game yet didn’t complete a single pass?

What on earth is that based on? Rosenior brought him back from his first injury against Fulham at the start of January and he got injured again at Coventry in March. In the meantime he had 3 weeks off after the red card at Sheff United.
We really do love a good narrative on here sometimes.

Precisely, I just didn’t feel it was necessary to spell it out!
Club accounts are certainly going to make for interesting viewing. By the sounds of it, the sales of Greaves/Oscar wouldn’t lead to decent fees being spent and more just ticking the club over again.
Oscar leaving in particular would be a concern. Greaves is good but more replaceable.
