I think ive posted it more than once mate. Being a single lad a few years ago after a divorce, id dwell on past memories and often use this place as an escape whenever i missed my lads, something which i now regret.

Your a proud dad and the sensible majority among us know your a good lad.
Its great to see your boys growing up with the help of their dad. We all have down days, it's having people that you can't vent to that help, even people you don't know.
We are the safc family and we look after our own
